Trybutyl-tin (TBT) - toksik yang boleh meyebabkan masalah hormon kepada manusia dan haiwan. Ia merebak melalui kulit walaupun dalam kuantiti yang kecil.

Sodium plicrylate - berupa gel iaitu kristal yang sangat menyerap. Bahan ini juga telah dibuang daripada tampon kerana kaitannya dengan sindrom toxic shock. Polimer ini meyebabkan alergi teruk seperti muntah, jangkitan dan demam.

Meningkatkan jumlah peratusn bayi rashes atau ruam daripada 5% (1955) kepada 78% (1991).

Penyebab athma di kalangan bayi.

Kajian 2000 (German) meyatakan suhu yang terlampau tinggi pada bahagian skrotum bayi lelaki menyebabkan kerosakan pada mekanisma penyejukannya dan boleh mengakibatkan masalah kemandulan.

Cara pemakaian CD (Gambar akan saya upload kemudian)

a) Buka cloth diaper
b) Masukkan insert ke dalam poket bahagian dalam CD
c) Pakaikan CD pada bayi anda sama seperti menggunkan DD

2) Lebih jimat - ianya boleh digunapakai sejak bayi baru lahir sehingga berusia 3 tahun. Anda tidak perlu risau untuk membeli DD setiap bulan kerana CD boleh dicuci dan dilaraskan menjadi 3 saiz iaitu S, M dan L dengan hanya melaraskan butang2 yang terdapat di CD. Kiraan ringkas kos menggunakan DD dan juga CD.

Sehari bayi menggunakan 6 keping DD RM0.60 x 6 DD x 31 hari = RM111.60
Setahun menggunakan DD RM111.60 x 12 bulan = RM1,339.20
3 tahun menggunakan DD RM1,339.20 x 3 tahun = RM4,017.60
